As usual,woke up at 12pm and watch TV..Had my lunch and I made jelly..Jelly is one of my favourite sweet treats that I enjoy doing.This time,my jelly had 3 layers:transparent,reddish-pink and green.I added Nata de Coco in it,and the liquid of the Nata de Coco which has a strawberry flavour in the jelly mixture to add more taste.It's very yummy,I must say,though mummy said that it's rather watery and soft.Maybe I added to much water..Yesterday,I made baked rice.Inspiration from Swensens.I fried the rice with egg,mushroom,hotdogs and rice(of course).Topped with Alfredo sauce(used in spaghetti) with a little bit of black pepper and lots of Oregano..Yum Yum..I put ham after and lots of Mozzarella cheese..Baked in oven until cheese became golden brown or to 10-15 mins at around 200'c or more.Oh,I also sprinkled some Parmesan on top of Mozzarella.It's my first attempt to it and my family said it's very delicious..So proud of myself..=DNothing more to post,so I'll just say tata first??To Xinyi:I update my blog liao hor..So dun say I nv coz I hav done so..Lazy 2 post la,wat 2 do?
