learning music wholeheartedly <3
Have been waking up early these days just to go for the choir festival thingy.From 9am-5pm.Very tiring la..Always yawning all the time..And to make things worse,I always cough and there's a lot of phlegm inside my throat.So embarrassing la..Anyway,the conductor we had called Mr Terrence Toh,is quite a very humorous guy.Quite fun being taught by him..Met Ms Angila..Hahas..Supposedly,she's there to teach the SSA's altos?Can see her after so long,I very happy le..Then,for the 1st day,we sang 3 songs in less than a day!!Wa,a miracle for me,as I've never try it before in my last 4 years..Lols..For my group,we sang 1 Italian song called 'Ombra Mai Fu',2 English songs: 'Everlasting Melody' and 'My Heart Is Inditing' and 2 German songs named 'Lebenslust' and 'Der Gang Zum Liebchen'..The 2 german songs are going to kill me.So difficlut la..That's why I never fancy German languge at all.We're singing another 4-6 songs together(with the SSA choir) in the next few days.It shouldn't be a problem as we can finish 3 songs in a day,let alone 4-6 sngs in quite a number of days.Our theme song is 'Child of Destiny'.Quite nice,but we could only sing the chorus part,then the rest don't know how to sing already..Hahas..We had the ensemble(small orchestra) practising with us the 'My Heart Is Inditing'.It was so awesome.This is my 1st time singing with the orchestra and my 1st time listening to the Double Bass and Cello in real life.It's so cool la..The violinists were playing so melodiously,so nice..Wonder when I can play this type of standard..Confirm is after Sec 4 de..Have to wait lor..Haiz..Will be having a long day ahead..So tata for me..
