Woke up at 10.30am..Went to NTUC to buy my ingredients for my egg tart.The recipe is so so so simple..I just used a Pie Crust Mix,sugar,egg yolk,milk,vanilla essence,water,butter and whipped cream.I tried with just one tart in the oven.Took out and taste it and it was very yummy.Quite sweet,very smooth and soft..This recipe I used can make about 13 tarts.Although I made a huge mess in the kitchen,it's all worthwhile though..Later need to do my theory..Boring leh..Hate theory,but very easy as compared to practical..Duh..I will be having my grade 3 theory exam next year in March.And the worst thing is,I'm now only half-way through..Haiz..Need to work hard already lor..Won't talk much now..Tata..
